So today when I was work, I had a moment where I had a customer yell at me simply because we were out of something she wanted. I know it can be annoying, but hey it happens and as much as I wish I did, I don't have a magic wand I can wave and make things appear. So anyway, when people get nasty with me like this lady it is so hard not to get nasty back, especially today when I was so tired from getting up at 4am. So I just started thinking to myself, what would Kyle do? Well, he would just be polite and do what he could to help. So I put a smile on my face, apologized to the lady, and told her if she would like to she could go to the customer service desk and get a rain check for the item. She then said thank you. And I was thinking, thank you Kyle for helping me to not give the lady a good smack! LOL
